This workflow demonstrates a completely new approach: chat with AI via WhatsApp, and the AI will automatically collect the information you provide and fill it into a PDF form. You just answer a few questions on WhatsApp, and the form is filled out automatically.
How It Works
This system consists of two n8n workflows — a main workflow and a sub-workflow, working with WhatsApp and PDF.co to achieve fully automated form filling:
- 1 WhatsApp Intake — User sends the data that needs to be filled via WhatsApp
- 2 AI Conversation — AI Agent asks for required information step by step, ensuring completeness
- 3 Data Organization — AI structures the conversation data and maps it to form fields
- 4 PDF Filling — PDF.co API automatically fills the data into the PDF form (supports Chinese fonts)
- 5 Auto Return — The completed PDF is automatically sent back to the user via WhatsApp
